Catherine Mary Wan

I have been a passionate educator for over 20 years. Initially a music graduate, I started my primary school professional teaching career in London before moving to Japan and then Hong Kong. I am presently the Deputy Principal and PYP Coordinator at an international school in Hong Kong as well as an IBEN workshop leader and school evaluation site visit team member.  I finished a Masters in Education Leadership and Management in 2017, which deepened my interest in applying educational theory to practice in a practical, down-to earth manner. My education journey has always had its roots in being an avid learner myself - not just in education but in anything that takes my fancy -from drumming to diving !  This site is a way to share resources: general theory into practice, newsletters to parents and curriculum development.
